Billing Terms And Condition for DMOZ Submission Services

These billing terms and conditions form part of the User's agreement to use the DMOZ Submission
Services: DMOZ Submission Standard and DMOZ Submission Popular package. The Service is
charged according to the pricing stated and agreed upon by the User. SearchMarketingSales
reserves the right to modify or otherwise alter these pricing at any time. These changes will be
available to the User on the SearchMarketingSales.com website. The User is responsible for
reviewing the pricing and remaining aware of the fees charged by SearchMarketingSales.


Payment for Services will be secured and made by credit cards accepted by our authorized dealer
2CheckOut.com or PayPal.com, whichever User decides to use. User hereby authorizes
SearchMarketingSales to charge the User's credit card through our authorized dealer for the
services rendered.  In the event that charges for any fees are denied by the credit card then User
acknowledges that SearchMarketingSales will not provide the service selected, until payment has
been secured accordingly.


    REFUND POLICY

In the event that Search Marketing Sales Ltd fail to fulfill its Popular DMOZ Submission Service
package as stated on the SearchMarketingSales.com website, a full refund less the Standard DMOZ
Submission package fee will be processed by our authorized dealer respectively.  Please take note
that the "21 Days guarantee" will only commence after all suggested (by SearchMarketingSales)
website modification has been done by the respective clients.

Our refund policy does not apply, in which NO Refund will be given to any of the followings:

  • Website or URL address submitted is considered as "Unaccepted Websites" (as stated on
    the SearchMarketingSales.com Website)
  • Domain or URL address submitted is invalid or experiencing any technical faults   
  • Domain or URL address submitted is non-English sites or banned by DMOZ
  • Account cancelled/terminated for violating SearchMarketingSales.com Legal Terms
  • Request for service cancellation before the 21 days period has ended or commence


Any request for refund must be made via email to the email address given below. Include your
name, email address, reason for request of refund and the 2Checkout Receipt number. Please
allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed by our authorised dealer 2CheckOut.com.

Search Marketing Sales Ltd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or
against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding
and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on SearchMarketingSales.com
Website. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund
Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Website. It is your obligation to review our
refund policy for any such revisions.
